Returns and exchanges aren’t supported when a customer orders the wrong size or color, or changes their mind.
For a damaged product or manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a free reprint or refund if you report the issue within 15 days of delivery. Please use the Contact Us form and include a clear photo of the problem. If we approve your refund, we may return it directly to the original payment source.
